Scientific research indicates that remembering multiple tasks, appointments or items of interest has a negative impact on brain function. Remembering these small details makes our brains less efficient for the important tasks we work on. So why not put all of these details in a "safe place" where we can recover them when we need them?
That is what zForce is all about.
In my office I take advantage of a tireless "employee".
Some might call this an "unfair advantage". Starting today, you can have the same "unfair advantage" in your personal life as well as your home or business office.
Here's how zForce, the tireless employee, works...
Hi! I'm Mark and here are just a few of the solutions I needed right away when I started my own business:
The good news? The solutions that weren't available then, are today.
zForce is 3 tools in 1. (Not counting all the little stuff). First of all, zForce is a fast, secure password vault. zForce users only enter website links, user names and passwords one time.
Seriously! They never type those links, user names or passwords again - EVER! From that point on, zForce does the work - with a simple key stroke or click of the mouse. No errors, no memory lapses and no waiting.
As the name implies, zForce makes it easy to document the things you always want at your finger tips in any office. This is Tool #2.
Let's face it - these are common human experiences - but they don't need to be. (At least not any more!) Why? Because zForce provides a solution - "handy tracking tools" that are quick and easy to use.
Here are some of zForce's great tracking tools:
Entrepreneurs, especially those trying to make a living on the Internet - are some of my favorite people. I know how hard they have to work and the challenges they have to overcome - if they are to succeed. zForce's terrific resources are REALLY appreciated by entrepreneurs the world over. Here are some more of the handy gadgets contained in zForce - just for entrepreneurs:
Almost everyone who uses computers is familiar with treeviews, such as the one that's in the left panel of Windows Explorer.
Start by expanding a folder (broad category), then expand a sub-folder (that narrows your selection down to what you really need), then select the file within that folder, etc. Your options get narrowed down to where you can actually SEE what you need. Here's one of my treeviews - contracted.
If you're like me, you've problably wished you could create your own treeviews. Well now you can! (Here is the same treeview from above, just expanded)
Organizing projects and related notes has never been easier. Start with two folders - Home and Office. Then add the appropriate sub-folders to each. Now you always know where to look. No more mix ups!
Of course, as you enter "stuff", you can be as detailed or as general as you like. And you can copy and paste between pages - even drag pages to another position in the tree - quickly and easily.
A big surprise is, that we have even provided convenient editing buttons for text rich with color, bold charcters, bullets and indents. You decide how you want your notes to look. Thousands of pages can easily be stored this way.
Best of all, you can search by word or phrase through every one of them - typically in less than a second. Now you see what you've been missing! Oh, and don't forget you can paste these 'rich text' notes directly into Word and other applications.
But, I expect all of this just raises one question . .
Honestly, it will cost you a whole lot less than it did me -
less than a good book you only read once -
it's FREE. Total cost to you is zilch, nada.
(We will accept tips and nice comments, however.)
To give you ultimate "bang for the buck", I have pre loaded zForce with some of the most useful links on the Internet - an incredible value in itself.
In just minutes you can download and install zForce and gain instant access to the online White Pages, MapQuest, the USPS zipcode lookup page, more than a dozen research sites that go way beyond Wikipedia, and much more.
The great thing is that when you add your own favorite sites, required passwords are saved with them,
and you never have to worry about losing a single link
- even when you upgrade your operating system.
